By accessing and using the services provided by ZaoCabs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ZaoCabs provides cab booking and transportation services. We act as an intermediary between passengers and drivers. The actual transportation service is provided by independent drivers or partner companies.

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
  • You must provide accurate information at the time of booking
  • Booking is subject to availability of vehicles and drivers

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No charges
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made 6-12 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full booking amount will be charged

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fare Structure

  • All fares are quoted at the time of booking
  • Fares include base fare, distance charges, and time charges
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and waiting time
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online payment methods
  • For corporate bookings, payment terms may be different as per agreement
  • All transactions are secure and encrypted
  • Receipts will be provided upon request

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information during booking
  2. Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  3. Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  4. Not consume alcohol or smoke inside the vehicle
  5. Not carry illegal or hazardous materials
  6. Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during your ride
  7. Follow all traffic rules and regulations
  8. Not engage in any illegal activities during the ride

6. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are expected to:

  1. Maintain professional conduct at all times
  2. Arrive at pickup location on time
  3. Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained
  4. Follow the safest and most efficient route
  5. Assist passengers with luggage when needed
  6. Comply with all traffic laws and regulations

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

  • ZaoCabs acts as an intermediary and is not liable for acts or omissions of drivers
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid
  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances

7.2 Insurance

  • All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance
  • Passenger insurance is included in the fare
  • Additional insurance can be purchased at the time of booking

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or disputes:

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of the incident
  • Provide detailed information and supporting evidence
  • We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
  • For unresolved disputes, you may seek legal recourse

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these terms and conditions
  • Is harmful to other users, drivers, or our business
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
